Sad to say that was on the cards as people like me and probably @mobilemandan change every 3 months and thus costing o2 money...

But to change it to every 11mths is just making it a 12month contract, and to be honest makes it nearly pointless..

Wonder if I will get the email at all this time... as no email no foul 😂

I’m assuming this will apply at the next Switch Up rather than for existing switch up customers?

That’s annoying, I was hoping to Switch up

to the S26U when it came out in January having swapped to the Fold (which is terrible) a few months ago. Here’s hoping that they release it and have pre-orders before the policy changes.

My Z Fold 7 is been switched up in a few days, as its the worst Foldable by Shamsung I have owned...

Yeh, I really don’t like it.

Got another month before I can swap it out, I was hoping to wait and get the S26U.

The S25U was announced on 22nd and the S24u on the 17th fingers crossed…

Sooner rather than later would be great. Rumor is that they’re gong to be delayed.

I wonder what happens if a customer upgrade on the 20th, change their mind within 14 days and then upgrade again (if Sammy is delayed by a few weeks)

Only for people who switch up from the 27th November its 11 months but anyone before can switch up one more time anytime with the 90 day rule then once they do they are on the 11 month switch up

@Dave-O2 confirmed what the store said near me, the changes come into effect on the 22nd Jan for existing customers, its just o2 doing what the **bleep** they think they can get away with,.

Not what the Social Media team are saying, they are saying it applies to everyone from now, which means someone in o2 is changing the rules on a whim, and o2 are now in breach of the regulations around this

They cant just say one thing in an email and then change them in the t&c's its total and utter BS

I assume this means any customers who signed up before the T&C changed with less than 90 days before the January date have one more switch up and then will be stuck with the 11 months as per @Dave-O2 guidance.

Anyone who’s currently able to switch up have until January when the T&Cs change and then move onto the 11 months.

And all new customers are now 11 months.

They did say to me that the website would update ‘early’ November.

The website is on thing, but changing everyones switch up bolton to 11 months is taking a sledge hammer to the issue, and this could have waited till January...
