Help, I go to Japan next week for 3 weeks and think I may need to buy a zone 2 bolt on . Any ideas or tips even ??

@Kazza-63 the link in the guide, shared above, to take you to the part of O2 website that tells you what bolt-ons work is broken - you need to go here ( https://www.o2.co.uk/international/using-your-phone-abroad ) and select the country and O2 service (Contract or PAYG) that you have to see what bolt-ons will help you manage your costs while travelling. @Dave-O2 Doesn't answer anything. I've pinged him several times on various Rings to Divert to Voicemail threads over the last few days, with no response...?!

Mainly because it is technically not his job and has to fit these things in amongst other duties.
