Desperately need a phone mast in our area!

I'm the chair of our small Parish Council on the North Norfolk coast - phone signal on all networks is poor to worse than poor indoors and outdoors - we struggled to get 3G even. Many of our parishioners didn't receive the recent Govt emergency text alert (Sept 2025). We're hitting brick walls everywhere we go with no-one able to offer us help on where to go to get the process for a phone mast started - any advice please. We have a location in mind, in the grounds of our village hall!

As far as 3G is concerned O2 are the only network that still offer it in parts of the country, but that will be finished by the end of the year

2G should still be active for calls and text.

What is required is a shared mast that will give you at least 2 of the networks.

The government has a scheme for rural areas, don't know if you qualify.
