    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, Been with O2 since June. Had issues topping up each time. Now no card works even as a guest. I signed up for auto op up, worked fine but now can't cancel it. Is it a call them thing?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also unable to change my tariff. That needs doing before 26th Sept. I'm with O2 as Channel Island landlines work even though not part of bundle. Can't chance moving to rolling contract incase that stops. Thanks for any helpful payment info.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
