      <description>&lt;P&gt;When it says "&lt;SPAN&gt;You can see all your messages, even the ones we couldn’t deliver in July, in your online account." where can you see them? I can't see that option anywhere and the live chat agent didn't know either.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. It's a poor email!&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I actually thought it meant some SMS (sent by anyone) weren't delivered but it seems they just meant the ones sent by O2.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
