      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to upgrade my device on O2 switch up online. I go through the whole process u til it comes to paying for upfront cost. And then it says authentication issue.&amp;nbsp; Contact bank. I did and no issues so I tried again. But a different card. Same issue. I contacted O2 and same issue on the phone. What is going on!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I second &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/27"&gt;@jonsie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;regarding Switch up in store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tóo many problems crop up here when it is online. Many to do with phones supposedly getting damaged in transit&lt;/P&gt;</description>
