o2 should run a program where people can tell the problems in there website app and o2 should pay them it would save billions and save customer as well i know 6 major glitches of o2 but wouldnt tell them we try to make website everything better so they should pay for the help

Ah the famous O2 glitches

So many of them these days and a standard excuse from some customer service advisers

If the 'glitches' got fixed where would the fun be?

Seriously, they already know about many (there is a problem on this community going on for nearly three years) there seems to be no will to fix them
