My 12-day Turkish holiday turned into a 12-day nightmare thanks to my utterly incompetent mobile provider. Despite having the correct travel bolt-on, my business phone was completely useless – no incoming calls whatsoever even though the callers were hearing the normal ring tone!

I spent my entire 1st day talking with their "technical help dept," only to be told it was a "back office technical issue" and they'd call me back. Right. As if I could *receive* their calls!

I asked how they would reach me and they answered " we will get them to call you" I explained that was impossible as I CAN NOT RECEIVE INCOMING CALLS and they said they would contact me on my wifes phone.

Despite this they left 20 messages on my answering machine and not one call to my wife's !!!***!!

Twelve days of being completely unreachable for business has damaged my business and we couldn't even redirect the calls to my wifes phone as we were abtoad.

This morning, they finally got through to me as I am now in the UK, only to be told they would only be able to fix the problem when I am back in Turkey!!!!

Oh I'll just pop back and wait for a call then shall I !!!!

This company is a joke.

Their "technical support" is a pathetic display of incompetence.

They repeatedly insisted I didn't have a travel bolt-on (despite it charging me £7 a day for roaming), and then tech help tried calling my phone – the very phone that couldn't receive incoming calls!

I can't wait to switch providers to some one competent and professional
