Has any one had this problem, I’ve been lucky enough to win two weeks in a row, last week £5 flowers, this week pizza express voucher. The problem is neither worked, the code to put in the Prnst app kept saying invalid emailed 3 times didn’t get a response. Then today I thought I’d meet my daughter for lunch and we can grab a pizza, got to pizza express showed the voucher before ordering and was told that it needs to be a qr code so they can scan it, I haven’t been able to find out how you change it to a qr code.. any help?? Or is it just a ploy to direct traffic to the app to increase engagement and nobody actually wins anything.

Contact Pizza Express as it doesnt need to be a QR code and they havent been told the correct information.. Not a lot o2 can do about that... @pizzaexpress on Twitter or https://www.pizzaexpress.com/help-and-contact .and click for support

PRSNT are a waste of space to be honest and there support is none exisitant at times.. maybe reach out to them on Twitter
