      <title>02 customer services</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does any one have a problem with the crap customer services that 02 supply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have phoned them 6 times to sort out a payment problem on my account that 02 caused but keep getting through to customer services and they say they have fixed the problem and then the send confirm emails and notifications actions saying they have fixed the problem then 02 say I owe money and cut me off now I have a phone they are charging me pay monthly for but have no data or service absolutely rubbish service even though my account is in credit according to them and if they send a thing about were you satisfied with the service I am afraid it doesn't say worse ever company customer care the jist of all this I have now lost my job because I was on call this weekend and have no phone service&lt;/P&gt;</description>
