    <description>&lt;P&gt;My network been barred since the 12 March when I did my upgrade on my account. Ever since been connecting O2 and visiting the store. Seems like no one can help or any luck. Tried dim swap nothing. It’s frustrating having a phone and no network. Very disappointed in O2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
