Why Is 111 Blocked for suspended account

So I've been going through some mental health issues but could not access the mental health hotline because my services are restricted

Can we unblock 111 from being included on the restrictions I don't know why it's blocked in the first place being a free public service

We can't unblock anything here as we are all customers.

Not to sure on O2'S take on this but I think 999 is the only thing allowed

You could try O2 via social media.

Because they block the line from all outgoing calls... so they dont distinguish between any number, and I dont think 999 is allowed either, but somethin anyone is going to test.

I would speak to the payment management team and speak to them, and they can get you back connected.

999 works even without a sim card in the phone, so highly unlikely to be blocked.
