    <description>It would have to be an insurance claim as it certainly won't be covered by warranty and I wouldn't hold out much hope trying to claim it as a manufacturing defect. Most home insurance policies should cover damage to a specific item.</description>

      <description>I have installed 2.1 what a mistake, now i have dropped phone onto the carpet no more that 2ft drop and so called gorilla glass (my ****) has smashed with no replacement available. &lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas people?</description>

      <description>i have protect my bubble insurance, but the point is it is supposed to be tuffened glass.and 2ft onto carpet is not a plummit to earth.</description>

      <description>Highly doubt their is any other way to get the handset repaired except from insurace or paying for it to be repaired.&lt;BR /&gt;Dropped it from two foot? What are you a dwarf?</description>
