      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to know what browser I use so I can receive as good as it gets sort of Star Chart Reading : the file my dear talented friend says the file is too big on Outlook = Never used Outlook I think.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I double click on Microsoft ? Edge to 'Open up the Laptop = My Window on the World' ... ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know I ask darn basic questions ... but ... ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As usual any assistance would be greatfully received.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
