      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need help, I have sent a claim to 3 emails of O2 and none get answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I call the call centre they are unable to put me in contact with a claim team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I create a claim with O2 ? what is the process or contact details ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks fron a desperate customer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stephane&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an issue with an order,then been told it will be resend but didn't get it, just the sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call back and told i want to cancel all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally after nearly 1h30 min I've been told I will be refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TRUE STORY: I have been charged twice and on top I have received a letter '&lt;SPAN&gt;ENFORCEMENT AND TERMINATION LETTER'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just want to be in contact with a CLAIML team to sorte out this as call centre agent are useless&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No direct phone to complaints.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the moment any complaint made is taking about 8 weeks.
