      <title>I got charged for a device after I did a switch up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did a Switch Up with O2, but I’m still being charged for my old device. I called several times, and they admitted it was their mistake, but nothing has been fixed. I raised a complaint, and it’s been 10 days with no call back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has this happened to anyone else? Did you get a refund? Any advice? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, come up here on a number of occasions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assume you did it online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has the old device been accepted?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With regards to complaints eight weeks seems the average at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think it happened to one of our regulars. Hope they can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/27"&gt;@jonsie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You called&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_savoring_food:"&gt;😋&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to log a complaint, and then take it higher, as o2 CS where to be frank incompetent... &amp;nbsp;It takes a while to sort, but yes any overpayments will be refunded to your account and from there you can request it sent to your bank..&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will state this as I always do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;DO YOUR SWITCH UPS IN STORE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did one in store on Sunday and was all sorted, and device plan cleared down in store , and was confirmed on the receipt and by email&lt;/P&gt;</description>
