O2 priority issue when buying post malone tickets

When i used O2 Priority when I click on 'Get Tickets' and go through to Ticketmaster, it just says the O2 Pre-Sale is 'Happening Now' with no obvious place for me to click to buy tickets. I'm signed in to Priority and Ticketmaster on my PC. This didn't happen when i tried to buy black sabbath tickets and i dont everything excaryly the same, i even tried using my Phone an hour later and had the same problem but eventually it worked however all tickets were gone. Very frustrating as i had been queuing up for half an hour then continued to have problems for another hour and didn't get anything.

Exactly same issue with Tom Jones tickets. Ticketmaster are absolutely no help at all.

Ticketmaster are on of the worst ticket providers but unfortunately they are the only ones who can help... As all o2 do is pass you to them for the tickets..

Your only option is to complain to TicketMaster..

Try opening priority on your laptop and trying to access the link from there. I just tried that and it worked for me

If you check @JayQuartermaine said they were on their PC.

Others are having the same issue using the app on the phone.
