Wondering if anyone has had any information on when they are due to expect the new Samsung s25 if they have preordered?

I would have thought from today, but going on o2's past record expect it by Jan 2027

All we can advise is to call o2 sales on 0800 081 0255 and they can tell you hopefully

@AliceM O2 doesn't run a live stock reporting system. If you can afford it, and want to receive your phone in a timely manner once it's released, buy it somewhere else.

I kinda wish I looked at their pre-ordering history before I did in fact pre order it. Although I am a very impatient person, i was hoping I'd have it this weekend, otherwise I would have just gone into the store!

Great! As I mentioned below, I wish I'd done some research on their history with pre ordered phones.

Do you happen to know anyone who's got theirs? There must be someone on this community?

Still waiting for my order too! Estimated delivery date is still showing as 31/01/25...

Thank you! I've scanned the forums and couldn't see any other posts!

I had called them and been told it can take two weeks from my order (which was a week before it was released). Just a bit concerning as my old phone is getting worse and worse, if I knew it would take so long I would have gone into store.... BUT I've then been told as I am a business customer I can't buy it in store 🤣 confused.com

... just want my new/working phone.

Delivery date is showing January 31st though. Nothing has changed since then. I pre ordered just like you.

It's so frustrating. I wish they would update the orders and at least let us know an estimated delivery date in Feb!!

That is too simple for o2, and as we have all stated these phones are not flying off the shelves, so no excuse from o2..
If rumours are to be believed the S25 series has been a let down from a pre-order point of view, and a lot of GAS sufferers are waiting on the S25 edge...
