And yet they cant stopped the scam call centres calling customers using o2 and VM's own customer and sales numbers.. or stop their own "trusted partners" scamming o2's own customers...

So not really a good new story, more cherry picking what the 3rd party tools they have bought have done.. And just hollow words from the VMo2
