      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried several times to get my money refunded by calling customer service to get my money refunded. I have spent several times over the last three years. until 27th Sept 2024 - I was charged £14.50 pcm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the payment management team and they just go quiet&amp;nbsp; after the security screening. I have been promised call backs several times but&amp;nbsp; nothing&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once the official complaint is exhausted with O2 you can ask the Ombudsman to take on the case&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
