My husband upgraded and requested an eSIM. This was 3 days ago and now nothing works on his phone. It’s saying sim1 or eSIM not positioned. We have rang 02 who said the order is going through, went into 02 shop and they tried to sell us a New phone. Can anyone help

The minute he requested an eSIM the original would have been turned off

Is an eSIM essential as they cause more problems than enough on O2

I would get him to take Photo ID and call into an O2 shop and swap back and don't take any nonsense about upgrading

I had to do that when O2 left me without a connection for 10 days.
