&lt;P&gt;It seems they have got their knickers in a twist because I have cancelled an old system that included two phones, one of which was no longer required as my husband rarely ever used it.&amp;nbsp; The last payment on that was taken in July 2024,&amp;nbsp; I was told to wait a few weeks before cancelling it, I cancelled it yesterday.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The remaining phone is still in use and paid by a separate DD.&amp;nbsp; I tried contacting them on 0344 809 0202 only to get that useless robot.&amp;nbsp; I next tried the online Link, they sent me a code by email which I entered, then they sent another by text which I also entered.&amp;nbsp; THEN the idiots told me my phone is now in another users name.&amp;nbsp; As far as I am concerned it is in my name.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried another number which was not recognised, and I cannot find a Link to Customer Services either.&amp;nbsp; Another very badly run business it seems though they are always keen to collect our money..&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Agreed, not the easiest of companies&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Little we can do here as we are all customers and there is no O2 input&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like it's best handled by Payment Management&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The opening times are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Saturday – 8am to 6pm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sunday – 9am to 6pm&lt;/P&gt;</description>
