      <title>Worse Customer Experience Ever</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As an O2 customer of over 30 years, with 3 accounts, I have experienced the worst customer experience ever.&amp;nbsp; I'd be interested to know if customers have experienced a similar experience.&amp;nbsp; In a nutshell:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;18/12/25 - requested upgrade for one of my accounts, with delivery to store for collection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No update from Christmas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Made four attempts through Live Chat to get update, keep being told in processing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;09/01/25 - still being told in processing.&amp;nbsp; I've asked for transcripts of my chat history but they can't send.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a typical O2 experience?&amp;nbsp; Would appreciate any help from the O2 community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
