      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any experience of getting a device delivered when you dont have access to the SIM?&amp;nbsp; DPD refuse to hand package over to me as I cant supply PIN that they send to the SIM number which I dont have access to - getting no help from O2 to resolve this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As I posted in the other thread you posted in:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ring the sales team and get them to change the contact number in the account, &lt;STRONG&gt;as talking to the DPD driver this morning, they cant clear the drop off without a PIN, and it checks the one you give is correct&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would imagine its a sackable offence as well if they do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sales can be contacted on 0800 081 0255&lt;/P&gt;</description>
