      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is an update for all of the ppl waiting for their phones to be delivered, just like me... my phone has just been delivered!!!!!!!!!! Shocker!!!!! After placing my order on 2nd Dec, and being fobbed of ever since with excuses, it has finally arrived.. keep an eye on your text messages from dpd guys!!! I hope you all get what you're owed too!! It's been closed for days to allow the ammonia to disperse.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All sorted now obviously. Enjoy your new phone !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the next queue.&amp;nbsp; After a similar wait to get my new iphone I am now in day 4 of waiting for my number to be ported over.&amp;nbsp; Process seems to be stuck - my new phone thinks the "keep" number has ported but the network still thinks it's the temporary number, so I'm stuck in the middle.&amp;nbsp; I've lost imessage and FaceTime etc when i'm away from wifi, and it's been very inconvenient.&amp;nbsp; Helpdesk is useless and have promised the last 2 days that all will magically be sorted at 5pm.&amp;nbsp; I don't know why they advertise "within a day" transfer-in times, when the process doesn't even seem to be managed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Got no response from them but i checked the tracking and its been updated. Would be worth to check the tracking rather for them to email you with an update&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered a phone on the 30/11/24 and still wating for the phone on the 20/12/24.......been in contact with O2 and just get stupid excuses. They took £70 from my bank account quick enough though, when I asked to cancel the order they said I could'nt because the order was being processed. I keep getting text messages every day saying "Our courier will be in contact" why do we put up with second rate customer service, this is absolutly pathetic. Not even an offer for compensation what a second rate company, when the phone is delivered I will not accept and return. I will go with another service provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This was an internal update they received today and the chat agent shared with me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;absolute joke&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They again said it is highly likely that a lot of orders will not arrive before Xmas, This includes mine. O2 are a joke if anyone gets a dispatch email over the weekend please let us know because o2 clearly don’t know what the right and left hand is doing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After another conversation with o2 this is what I have found out, absolutely fuming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no orders to be processed over the weekend&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last collections for DHL was yesterday 20th&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last collections drop DPD today 21st (had to have been booked yesterday)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so it seems my slef and whoever else is waiting for a device that’s not yet been shipped will be waiting until after Christmas and possibly into the new year, unless o2 can some how make an agreement with DPD, but let’s be honest they have lied constantly so I doubt they will even bother.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;has anyone received any notification for dispatch today (21st) ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
