Local O2 store was no help neither were online or telephone support who could not get around my not being able to receive texts.</P><P>Frustrated I cancelled my upgrade and contacted O2 twice by email and once via letter asking to cancel my contract stating I was willing to pay the outstanding bill I have had no response but keep receiving emails demanding payment.&nbsp;<BR />It seems impossible to find anyway to speak to someone about this and feels a lot like Ground Hog day.
