Ordered an Ultra 2 watch upgrade middle of October, NO update from o2, told today it could be another 4 weeks ( which would be approx 3months delivery). Have spoken to customer services multiple times ......

O2 have taken orders on false delivery times and NOT providing any updates on when delivery shall occur.

They are available in shops.

I would just cancel the order and buy from the likes of Apple or Amazon, as you would have had it by now, or go in store

There are certain AWU's that are been kept back by Apple for their own stock, and releasing the odd one or 2 into the retail channel..

There is nothing anyone from here can do for you, sorry
