Adding cards to wallet

I have a new iPhone 15 but cant add any cards to the phone or wallet, been into Apple store and onto banks they all say its problem with 02/phone - anyone help me resolve ?

Must admit that I can't see it being an O2 issue.

It is not an o2 issue, as they dont control adding cards to Apple Pay, that is 95% your bank, possibly 5% Apple, as sometimes there is a limit to the number of mobile device activations per account.

Best place to ask really is on the macrumors.com forum but without knowing more about the error no one can really help you or advise.
