O2 store AND O2 page both clearly state that if ordered before midnight then item would be delivered NEXT WORKING DAY... this has not happened and after speaking to customer services I am informed that my new phone has not even been dispatched yet. Absolute shoddy services by O2 making FALSE promises and simply blaming the warehouse staff.
