Delayed Delivery

Hi,

I ordered an iPhone 16 on the 29th November it told me it would be here on the 2nd. It shows as completed on my o2 app but DPD says they have my order details but no parcel yet. Been told there is delays but not told how long delays are. Has any one else had this problem or know how long delays are or what the delay is?

Some sort of chemical leak at a warehouse distribution centre causing despatch delays @Sim121222

No information on how long but it was thought that the deliveries were starting again.

Lots of other o2 customers affected.

I was just wondering because I had an email saying it was on its way on the 30th and my order shows up as completed but DPD have not received it. Where did you find the chemical leak issue online?

FWIW, I cancelled my upgrade order on Sunday as it seemed likely that the handset wasn't going to arrive before a trip to Japan this week. I've been receiving delay notifications via SMS daily.

The suddenly this morning the new handset turned up.

So I called up and un-cancelled the cancellation.
