      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I’ve made a claim for my phone a week ago and it keeps saying there’s been an incident in the warehouse this happened last Monday why is there no progress and I’ve paid extra money for the fast track so I wouldn’t be without a phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
