Some of the O2 service desk are aware of this but it doesn't seem to be a formal thing that they understand. I wonder also if the same applies to the Philippines, as we have a user there at the moment and whilst they can use calling, they can't seem to use data. Of course, we have asked them to ensure they have the roaming slider 'on' but I am curious if this is the same as Brazil, or do we need to get them to change the APN to&nbsp;mobile.o2.co.uk rather than our usual&nbsp;idata.o2.co.uk. Anyone have any ideas, please?
