Does anyone know when the new mast is going up, no signal now for 2 months, its ridiculous, going to delete direct debit now, refuse to pay airtime !!!

There's multiple sites in Huddersfield, legal-related decommissions happen on all networks from time-to-time but ultimately result in the new build process being followed.

Be very careful with DD's and refusals to pay, these scenarios are covered in the T&C and can have unwelcome consequences for future credit checks.

Great.. Welcome to the world of Debt Recovery which will follow on from cancellation of your Direct Debit.

The terms and conditions which you read do say you are not guaranteed signal in every location.

Frustrating as it is the timing of the replacement of the mast is probably in the hands of town planners and the NiMBY brigade

Get in touch with the council planning department and check what applications they have and wether they are approved
