Hi, i sent off my s23 256gb phone of to O2 for the switch. The phone was in immaculate condition and everything was good. However, i got an email say that i have a revised offer as the phone i sent was different. They said i sent them a 128gb phone. I emailed back saying that cannot be right as i have photographic proof of my imei1 number, serial number and 256gb. Is there anything else i should do
