    <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using social media if you have it&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5707471"&gt;@stephenmcginlay&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- you need to ask for the CLI (caller line identification) bolt on to be added to your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once done, it should look like this:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 MIG number submissions made and 3 weeks later still no fix. Various calls to O2 support who promise to fix the issue and contact me but neither has happened&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
