    <description>&lt;P&gt;Getting customer service to understand is the main problem going forward&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a CLI presentation bolt on needs adding to your account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work your account needs a disconnection reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;You need to contact customer service&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, my number still shows as unavailable for several friends and strangers by both text and phone. This will happen in any part of the country and does not seem to be signal dependent. I believe the issue happened after I ported from Virgin to 3 then back again. O2 keep fobbing me off. I have tried a variety of troubleshooting steps but still have issues and it has been months. Anyone got any suggestions please? I cannot keep missing phone calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
