Nothing was wrong with the phone, not a scratch, mark nothing.&nbsp; I then get an email saying they are reducing the quote down to £23.60, saying it had "screen burn" which it didn't. I was informed that I had until th 25th to decide if I wished to accept the £23.60 or return the phone. This was on the 22nd of this month (October) I replied the same day and was informed that I would get a response within 24-48 hours.
