    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve just arrived in Spain and although my phone connected to Movistar for voice calls, my mobile browsing was not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i contacted o2 on the telephone who advised me to complete the following steps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.general&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.Transfer or reset iphone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.Reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.restart phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.select browsing provider as movistar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;unfortunately, this did not work, as an old eSIM from a previous overseas trip had a contact still pointing to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i deleted the eSIM and contact and only then could repoint my data roaming to Movistar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully this extra step can help others who have been unable to connect to mobile browsing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
