You never got back to me and it seems you have disabled pm’s now.&nbsp;<BR />&nbsp; Was that at the request of o2?<BR />&nbsp;I’m pretty sure you are aware that o2 have a serious fault with the usage reports. They know it too, but are choosing to shirk their responsibilities. I’ve posted a letter to the daily mail and I’ve prepared my case for ombudsman now.
