    <description>&lt;P&gt;It would seem that you may have requested a new sim when you changed tariff&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2 will have disconnected your current sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You now need to wait for the sim to be delivered by Royal Mail and then to contact customer service&lt;/P&gt;</description>
