    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just had the most frustrating experience with O2 customer service. I called in to get some help with my account, but the background noise on their end was ridiculous. It seriously sounded like the agents were having a party—there was shouting, screaming, and loud laughter, making it nearly impossible to hear the advisor I was speaking with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To make things worse, the agent didn't seem to care at all. He wasn't helpful and didn't even try to address the noise or my issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've never had problems with O2 before, but this was beyond unprofessional. Has anyone else experienced this kind of chaos when calling them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
