    <description>&lt;P&gt;O2 coustomer service is very poor coustomer service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to upgrade my device but sometime call drop and sometime they,I need to call you back but nobody call me back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my I have never see this type of coustomer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
