      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm at my wit's end. I went to Germany in April, no access to data. When I returned, 02 told me they'd not turned on my roaming data on my account when I transferred from Virgin last year. All good I thought. I went to Poland last week - still no data, despite trying everything O2 suggested. I'm off to Italy soon - any suggestions on what else I can do to get roaming data there? I really need it working there!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS I have an iphone 7&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ask o2 if you have the iPhone/iData bolt on on your account&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5258402"&gt;@AlanCr&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This makes some changes on the o2 side as how to handle your data in the background.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;Check data roaming is on in phone settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;Manually search for another network&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;Turn off 5g&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account. Do this via social media&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;If you message O2 on Facebook (&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CFB" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CFB&lt;/A&gt;) , Twitter (X)(&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CTW" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CTW&lt;/A&gt;) or Instagram (&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CIG" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CIG&lt;/A&gt;) , they should be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you I will try that - meantime 02 are sending me a new sim card to see if that works (which has resulted in no service at all on my phone!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh dear. O2 have the annoying policy of turning off your SIM when a new one is ordered leaving you without a connection. They are not the sharpest pencil in the pack&lt;/P&gt;</description>
