      <description>&lt;P&gt;My husband like me had a Virgin Mobile sim card. Mine was switched to O2. However my husbands number is not recognized. I need to top up his credit online as he is pay as you go. However I am unable to do so because Virgin Mobile no longer exists and O2 does not know his number??? I thought about buying him a new O2 sim but it will be a pain changing his current number. Can you help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5636347"&gt;@Moongazer8&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your best bet is to go into an O2 shop with your husband and get them to swap his sim to a new O2 sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have the number, they can give him a sim with that number on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As it's a new sim for O2, his first top up will need to be via a voucher &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)" id="Guide025"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Migration &amp;amp;amp; porting into O2" id="Guide061"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
