    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;02 owe me over £1500&lt;/STRONG&gt; - which they have agreed to refund - but failed to actually refund me despite telling me it will be in my account in 10 days.&amp;nbsp; I have been told this countless times over the last 4 months, and the stress is terrible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am told:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. We need to refund to your card - we go through the process - nothing.&lt;BR /&gt;2. We need to set up a DD so we can refund to your account - I do it and nothing.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Sorry - a supervisor did not sign it off. We have to do the process again with supervisor sign off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;These same excuses and actions are repeated on a loop every time I call, and I am told to wait 10 days.&amp;nbsp; They go back to the beginning and when I say it didn't work last time - they respond with - the Credit Management Team have told us we should take this action.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This has gone on for 4 months and I have been chasing relentlessly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The stress and the hours wasted on calls is a disgrace.&amp;nbsp; There is no point me calling the Business Accounts Team - they are the people telling me this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Who can help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
