      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had no network coverage for weeks. Finally spoke to a customer assistant who promised a reduction for the duration of the issues. Just received normal bill over the last few days. Feeling really frustrated with the customer service and the level (lack of) of service I'm actually getting)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
