The address on file for O2 PAYG customers is, for the most part, immaterial, @Pete_C - O2 do not need to keep that info for such customers, only for those in Contract - for credit check and mailing purposes, mainly.

Hi Folks

I have just topped up my PAYGo SIM and noticed that the address that O2 hold for me is still incorrect. I live in the county of Ceredigion but O2 insists I live in Dyfed. The county of Dyfed was abolished over 40 years ago so I rather feel that they have had enough time to get basic details like county correct.

I did want to complain to 'Accounts' but I see that O2 is yet another firm that is very careful to ensure that communication from customer to company is not possible.

Regards

Pete
