Hi I'm unsure where to post this as I can't find anywhere to submit positive feedback for instore members but I wanted to pass on how Mohammad-Billal from the Crossgates store in Leeds (Ls158et) is a credit to your company. He really helped my out today and got me the best offers and was very helpful and friendly. Not sure if you are able to pass the message on as I know positive comments don't get mentioned enough. Thank you Laura
