      <title>New Billing Platform - O2 Cut Me Off Help</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a number of emails and letters from 02 to say they are disconnecting my service due to migrating to a new billing system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called them last week and was given a PAC code for my 3 devices, it has worked for only 2. My personal phone has now been disconnected and I have lost my number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried calling on 0808 281 6956 and can’t get through - yesterday I was on hold for 3 hours and no one picked up!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried calling 202 and they don’t recognise my number and are telling me that I don’t have an account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im at my wits end is there anyone here that can help get me a new PAC code?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
