No signal for 3 days here near Drumnadrochit, apparently will be unavailable until 8pm on Friday 17th, never received advance notification about this very long outage. EE network is working fine so in the process of migrating. Also unable to log in to my O2 account because they require a OTP which is sent to my phone which has no signal!! There is no alternative option given for OTP.

Download the O2 My Network app from your phone's app store, @Ddare - and register an e-mail address on it. You will be able to set up places you visit and the app will keep both you and O2 informed of the signal conditions in those locations:

Meantime, the OTP code is only going to get to you if you are within range if reasonable signal - <LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?" id="Guide016"></LI-PRODUCT> has a link to areas where there may be signal nearby, if that helps.

Meantime, moving your number to EE will require you submit your OAC when the time comes: <LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]" id="Guide002"></LI-PRODUCT>. Good luck!
